مقایسه استرس و سلامت روان معلمان گروههای آموزشی مختلف مدارس استثنایی شهر اهواز در سال تحصیلی 93-1392

چکیده

هدف از این پژوهش مقایسه استرس و سلامت روان معلمان گروه‌های آموزشی کم توان ذهنی، آسیب دیده شنوایی، آسیب دیده بینایی و اُتیسم مدارس استثنایی شهرستان اهواز در سال تحصیلی 93-1392 بود. بدین منظور از نمونه ای به حجم 181نفر که برابر جامعه بود استفاده شد. ابزارهای پژوهش عبارت بودند از: پرسشنامه استرس شغلی(HSE) وپرسشنامه سلامت روان (GHQ-28). طرح پژوهش علی مقایسه ای و روش آماری مورد استفاده تحلیل واریانس مانوا بود. پس از تجزیه و تحلیل آماری این نتیجه به دست آمد که بین معلمان گروه‌های مختلف آموزشی ازنظر استرس شغلی تفاوت وجود دارد، اما از نظر سلامت روان تفاوتی وجود ندارد. ونهایتاً نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون مرحله ای نشان داد که خرده مقیاس های استرس شغلی در زمینه های تقاضا، کنترل و ارتباط به ترتیب پیش بینی کننده ی سلامت روان معلمان گروه‌های مختلف آموزشی می باشند.

Abstract

      The aim of this study was to compare teachers' stress and mental health Education Groups of mental retardation, hearing impaired, visually impaired, and autism special schools the city of Ahvaz in the 1393 -94academic year. Due to small population size, all the statistical population chosen as sample and were participated in the study. For this purpose, a sample size of 181 patients who had been used. For assessing research variables the General Health Questionnaire GHQ-28 and stress HSE job stress were used. Research method was a causal-comparative and statistical method MANOVA. The analysis data showed that was significance different between teachers on stress but on wasnot  different mental Health and end- stepwise regression analysis showed that occupational stress factors in the areas of demand, control and relationships as predictor of mental health problems of teachers of  various educational groups.
